The hotel's rooftop terrace, boasting stunning vistas of Gran Vía, was a delightful spot to unwind with a drink and soak in the city's energy. the staff, from reception to housekeeping, were attentive and welcoming, ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay. the breakfast menu was a culinary delight, offering a variety of dishes to suit every palate. My companion and I were delighted to be upgraded to a room with a balcony, adding an extra touch of luxury to our experience. We found the hotel's innovative check-in process at the bar to be a refreshing change, setting the tone for a unique and enjoyable stay. the decor, designed by Jaime Beriestain, exuded a cool and chic ambiance that perfectly complemented our city break.
